At last they spied within their reach
An old boat cast upon the beach;
Helter-skelter, with merry din,
Over its sides they scrambled in,
DRIFTED OUT TO SEA by ROSE HARTWICK THORPE
I felt a bit like that. I would have loved to have scrambled in and had a spin. I had to settle for this great photo op.
