Dear Mr. Callanan: I was browsing the web for Irish landscape photographs today, since it is St. Patrick's Day in America, and I am nearly half Irish, and came upon your website. I am an amateur photographer, living in the interior of the Pacific Northwest farm country (near Spokane, Washington, if that helps). I was struck by the similarities in some of your photographs with some favorites of my own... I know many of my ancestors, and other Irish folk were drawn to this area because of similar views to their homeland's, and found myself wondering about it. I just wanted to thank you for placing many of your vistas on line so that I could stumble upon them today...they brought me joy, and wonder. Gillian

Loved your photography. I try and get the best ones I can when I am in Ireland but mine can not even start to compare with yours. I love Ireland and remember why when I look at your pictures. So beautiful and mysterious at the same time.

Mark great shot I vacationed in bally in the summer many times with my family coming from the states it was a joy to go there and that picture brought back great memories.
